Hi there, I'm interested in doing your PIP test online. What I dont quite understand is do you answer the questions relating to a bad day? Its just the PIP test asks how you cope on a good day.

I suffer with OCD and have to wear disposable gloves when Im making sandwiches for someone else etc. Is this classed as an aid because it certainly helps me in these circumstances.

I have heard that the assessments are very much behind and I may have to wait for some time. Does this mean they will stop your money. You see I am on DLA and I am being moved over to PIP (hopefully) and my DLA was due to finish soon anyway.

I am in the support group for ESA and DLA (middle rate/Lower rate). I have never had to attend a face to face interview before. Pressurised situations worsens my condition. Is it still likely I need to prepare my face for the face to face interview? How do I go about getting the 70 page pip guide ( i cant seem to find it on the site).

Hi A,
Welcome to Benefits and Work
You will be assessed for PIP on how you are for the majority of the time. (> 50% of the time)
So you should answer accordingly, not on how you are on what you may consider to be your "Bad Days" or your "Good Days".
When taking the : PIP Self Test, you should be very strict on yourself with the scoring.
If you wish to gain a better understanding of how you qualify for PIP, and the scoring system, it would help if you read through our : PIP Claims Guide. (2nd Link on page)
Please reply to this post if you have further questions.
