Has anyone successfully been awarded PIP who has Chronic Sarcoidosis?

I know in 2010 SILA took DWP to court regarding Sarcoidosis being a disability that the DWP weren't acknowledging.

Because of the unpredictability of the disease. Never being able to plan from one hour to the next as although muscle and joint pain is constant I can manage to do some daily chores but when chronic fatigue comes out of nowhere with no advanced warning I'm totally bedridden which can be hours ,days, months. there is no pattern.

I have a PIP consultation on Friday (6th) and it's sods law that I had a better nights sleep last night (5 full hours ) than I've had in weeks. Do I ignore this and give my usual sleep pattern which is waking every 1-2 hours throughout the night and early morning?

I've found a handful of posts in relation to Sarcoidosis however none of them are related to PIP, remember, PIP Is awarded as a result of the limitations that result from a condition rather than the condition itself.

All PIP activities must be done Reliably this means

• Safely – in a fashion that is unlikely to cause harm to themselves or to another person.
• To a necessary and appropriate standard – given the nature of the activity.
• Repeatedly – as often as is reasonably required.
• In a timely manner – in a reasonable time period.

So if you have variability on your condition then you can start by talking about how you are for the majority of the time, how you are when you are your worst and at your best, remember to qualify the time that you are affected.
