I gather that you are stating that when your click the : "You can read this newsletter online" link on the e-mail, you receive an error message.
I have just tried this and that is the case.
However, I note that if you log in to B&W first, and then click the link on the e-mail that you can read the newsletter online.
As someone who always reads the newsletter on site, I would not know whether the above was the norm.
As Mods have nothing to do with any technical site issues, you might want to inform tech:
