Is there a facility to see when upcoming first tier appeal hearings will be happening? Would like to go along to some but unlike the court I can't find a daily list of cases and subject matter.
I would imagine members of the public don't often attend these . Hoping not to have any issues saying that I will need to look into grounds the public can be removed etc.

Thanks.
In principle all Tribunals must be open to the public, however, this is not always the case, often the buildings and rooms used do not allow for people not part of the case to be present and the claimant can refuse permission.
Your best bet is to contact the Clerk of the Court for a venue near you and ask what cases they have and is it likely that you would be able to attend. See
