Hi ww,
Yes, as long as the 8 points that give The Standard PIP Mobility award are given for "walking limitations" under "Moving Around" and not due to mental health issues under "Going Out", The Standard Award gives you automatic entitlement to a Blue Badge.
It also gives you entitlement to a 50% reduction in the Road Tax of a car that you drive, own, have the use of, or one that is expressly used for your benefit.
See just over half way down : This Page.

Hi ww,
If there is no statement of entitlement to the 50% reduction to Road Tax at the end of your PIP Decision Notice letter, you should contact PIP :
PIP helpline :
Telephone: 0345 850 3322
Textphone: 0345 601 6677
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
You could also : Contact DVLA to find out "how" you claim it :
However, there is information on this under the heading : "Vehicle tax reduction" sub heading : How to claim on the page that I provided the link for in my previous post.
If you are to send any of your PIP Documentation to DVLA, send photocopies keep originals, unless they stipulate that you must send originals when you contact them, in which case keep photocopies.
