hi not sure if you can answer my query but i wanted to know if you owe a overpayment to dwp can they take more money from my benefits i currently pay them back £7.20 week but they owed me money dating back to jan 3rd till now £360 but they have said they have passed it over to debt management they owed me couple rate of severe disability premium instead of single rate can they keep taking this out more than £7.20 which has been coming out of benefits since 2005

If you have back payments outstanding then the DWP can use this in addition to your weekly payments, so if your debt is more than the £360 you say they owe then they can offset this against it.
