speed of hearing from capita re a medical

I think this must be a record as we posted the form for pip on Saturday and today we had a phone call for a medical for pip but as we can't get out of the house without a two man lift they are going to put in for a home medical has anyone any advice on what we would need to have prepared for this

You should receive written confirmation of the appointment.

On the whole, feedback from our members regarding Capita PIP Assessors is positive with respect to their professionalism and politeness.

It seems that they are happy to conduct the assessment in a room of your choosing, and they do not ask to look around your home, although you may want to draw their attention to any aids or adaptations that you have.

Their biggest fault is turning up early, late or not at all !!
