It shouldn't make a difference.

However I doubt that it will have made it's way to my assessment center in time for my WCA.
What is the situation here? I will take a copy or two with me.
Does the examiner read the ESA50 before they see me or at the start of my wca?
So what I am asking is should I give them a copy as soon as I get there and then a second copy at the start of the wca as no doubt the copy I gave them when I got there will have got lost.
I have quite a large pile of paperwork with a lot of continuation pages for the esa50 and 20+ pages of medical stuff + letters.

The Assessor should have read your ESA50 prior to the assessment, you should hand the assessor the new information at the start of the review and ask them to read it before proceeding with the interview and to include it in your file when they return it to the DWP.
They are required to do this under the terms of the contract with the DWP.

But I am submitting a new ESA50 as the one from 18 months ago is out of date. At best they will only have had 3 working days to move it from where I had to send it to the examination center. So I doubt they will have done this.
So should I just give them it at the start of my WCA along with the additional 20-30 pages?
Can they refuse to except the new esa50 in any way?

Hi abc,
On meeting the Assessor, you can ask them whether they have the ESA50 that you sent recently to Maximus.
If they don't have it, you could give them the copy that you have before the actual assessment starts as advised by Gordon.
If you have any other evidence that you feel that they may not have, you can also present that to them.
They are supposed to read it before the start of the actual assessment.
Good luck !!
Let us know how you get on.
