Welcome to the forum.

Please forgive me but I am struggling to understand your question, are you saying that your husband's DLA is due for renewal and you have not received the forms yet?

If this is the case then you should contact the DLA unit as quickly as possible to find out what is going on. See the following for phone numbers

www.gov.uk/disability-benefits-helpline

If your questions was bout something else then I am afraid I need you to post again.

Hi g55,

Welcome to Benefits and Work :)

I am struggling to understand your query, especially :

"he is due to up on ang 8 for his dla"

I am assuming, that your hubby has a fixed term DLA Award which is due to expire on August 8th, and you are querying when he will receive his renewal forms, and whether he will be reassessed for PIP rather than DLA.

If this is the case, he should expect to receive his renewal forms some 16-20 weeks before his fixed term DLA Award ends.

Whether he will be reviewed under DLA or PIP Criteria will be dependent on whether you live in an Active PIP Postcode Area at that time.

You should be able to check that : Here.

See also : PIP Claims Guide. (2nd Link on page)

&

PIP Self Test

If your do not live in an Active PIP Area, there is information on DLA Renewals on :

This Page.

Can you please ensure that your future queries are legible.

If we do not know the question, we cannot help with the answer ! :)
