ESA and mortgages

Reading through that, I noticed it says at 44470

"Note: The 13 week QP was introduced under a temporary package of measures to
support home owners, the temporary measures will remain until 31.3.16"

So it seems the date of 31/03/2015 given on that Shelter page might be a mistake.
