I have a small personal pension which originaly couldnt touch until I was 60.Now with the changes to pensions I could access it now.My question is;will this pension be used for calculating IR ESA and other means tested benefits,thank you all.

As I understand it the changes do not affect Income Related benefits unless the pension is accessed under the new rules, dependant on how this is done it will fall under either the capital rules or the income ones, see the following DWP memo for further information.
