Just a bit of advice for fellow claimants, sorry customers. I recently made a request to have a copy of all the information held about me by DWP.

I received about 1000 pages in a large box. Most of it was screen shots and all my claim packs. However, I noted that there had been an allegation made that I was working.

Someone had given the reg.no of my Motability car and reported me for working. The case had been referred to Fraud dept. who carried out observations at my house.

Not surprisingly, they did not see me working as I have not worked since 1999!. I am glad I know about this and would recommend everyone has a look at what is held about them.
