I believe your award was made on 13 March which would be 8 weeks to today, that's on the outside of what we would normally expect the DWP to take to process a Tribunal result.

I have no idea what this second "hard" copy is supposed to be, the Tribunal issues two copies of the Decision Notice, one to the claimant and one to the DWP, it's on paper (which is about as hard as "hard" copy gets). The only thing I can think that they may be referring to an authorisation from the team that checks Tribunal Decisions before authorising payment, but that is just a guess.

Hi
i had another conversation with another dwp worker telling me it will be another 2-3 weeks before i hear anything as they only received the paper work on 8/5/15. - tribunal on the 13/3/15. Gave me decision on the day,dwp received decision on 17/3/15.
I dont understand the timetable they are working to. Is there someone higher at dwp to speak to. Any ideas would be gratefully accepted.

Bobby

You can ask to speak to a manager, this normally requires a call back.

If you have suffered financial loss due to the delay you can threaten making a claim for redress.

Now that the election is over you can try involving your MP.

finally award letter has been sent but payment not due to go into account until next week - incl christmas bonus - for 2 christmases! Now I guess i have to argue for tax credits and pos. refund of part road tax. Any help on either of these and has anyone received backdated working tax credits on this forum?

I'm afraid we don't advise on Tax Credits on the forum, but if any members wish to comment.
