I had a PIP medical in October 2014 and instead of a result at the end of November I received a call asking me to attend another medical as the first was 'incomplete'. Now ATOS say they have no information of any medical other than my (second) medical in December. As I have been turned down for the mobility element I would have liked to compare the medical results before appeal but can't get the report.
It's not clear from your post but you can only request the assessment report via the DWP, it is possible that "incomplete" means not done in the first place.
