ESA Form. was created by singingman
I have been waiting an ESA form for months and still it's not turned up. I telephoned for the form and was put on hold and after 30 minutes the line went dead. I wrote to have an ESA 50 IR form sent but nothing has ever come. I now have been told by letter that my post code for PIP is active.
Since I was taken off ICB and placed on the very basic ESA and told that I am no longer allowed to appeal to the tribunal courts, having failed my tribunal and complained that the judge was very biased, I am now worried that I will get the same treatment with PIP and end up homeless by losing both my DLA and ESA if I ever get to have it sorted.
Am I the only one or is this a common practice?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

It is possible that your ESA re-assessment has been delayed by the considerable delays in the system at the moment, however, you will only be able to confirm this by contacting the DWP and asking when you are due for assessment.
You say that you are on "the very basic ESA", does this mean that you are only receiving NI Credits or are you receiving Income Related ESA?
Who told you that you can no longer make an appeal?
I am afraid that without further information we cannot offer any advice on your ESA issues.
PIP and ESA are spate benefits so there is no reason to assume that any problems you are having with ESA will affect any PIP claim that you might make.
