If more than the one month deadline has passed since the date of the adverse PIP Decision Notice letter, it is possible to make a "late" MR request as long as no more than 13 months has passed since the date of the PIP Decision Notice letter.
You would need to show "good cause" to The DWP for it being late.
Outside that deadline, the only other alternative would be to make a fresh PIP Claim.
