Hi all, my sons change from DLA to PIP was refused but after a long stressful battle and lots of help from Benefits and Work we finally won his appeal - Enhanced rate mobility and standard rate care instead of High care and low mobility on DLA. We had the letter from the tribunal a few weeks ago now (letter dated 9/4/15) but we still haven't heard from DWP. Does anyone have any idea how long it takes them to contact us and start paying my son again?

My full name is showing, how can I stop it? It can take around 8 weeks for DWP to commence payment, you can sometimes speed up the process by sending in a copy of the tribunal decision.
