I'm reading through your guide to Challenging a PIP Medical Report, in particular the section starting on page 12 about A TYPICAL DAY. I'm unsure whether there should be a separate account of a typical day in the HP report or whether my typical day is just explained using the descriptors. There isn't a separate section that actually sets out a typical day, so I'm wondering if there should be.
Many thanks

The assessors questioning during the interview is intended to allow them to construct a typical day but is led by the Descriptors, so there won't be a specific section in the report that covers this, rather someone reading all of it should be able to form a picture of the claimants daily problems.
So if you think that this is incorrect then you need to tackle each section separately, however, don't be side tracked in to only addressing the issues in the report, you will only receive an award by showing that you meet the criteria for one.
