My husband received a letter this morning saying that a mandatory reconsideration had been carried out as part of the appeal to the tribunal.
I'm delighted to say that hubby has been put into the support group as it is clear from the documentation that I wrote and our GPs letter.
The decision maker said that he preferred the evidence given my GP to the report from the Atos Doctor.
We are both thrilled and it is down to the fantastic advice and assistance given to me to be able to work through each stage. It was only the video that you guys linked to me to show what happened at a tribunal that helped my hubby see that it wouldn't be dreadful
Thanks so much again, you have no idea how much we appreciated this
