I've just received my ESA 50 form in the post. The version of the form i have received is 02/15. I want to use the version you can download but the form I get when I use the link on this website is dated 04/15 - obviously a later version. It is slightly different. Is it ok to use this 04/15 version?

The changes are to the layout of the form and some of the information, there have been no changes to the ESA Descriptors or Regulations so there should be no problems with you using the computer version in preference to the paper version.
