query re:dowloadable manuals

Hi all and please forgive me in advance if I’m asking this to wrong people and wrong area etc!
On noting that the downloadable to print info has changed, eg., Reg 29 Mental Health……………….are we able to just print off the newly updated areas of the manuals or do we need to print the whole thing each time there’s an update? (If I’m making sense)!
I know I can view on line, obviously, I prefer also to have a printed copy to hand.

There is a "Changes in this edition" just after index at the beginning of the guides.
