Returned my husbands esa renewal form on 11th may
And still have not heard anything from them
Money still being paid in bank
Any idea if they are still behind with the paperwork as I've not previously had to wait this long

I am afraid that there are still considerable delays in the ESA assessment system and the DWP appear to be prioritising new claims over re-assessments as a result it could easily be six months or more before an assessment is actually done. Your husband will continue to receive ESA at the current rate until a new Decision is made.

Well I'm even more confused now ..
Received a letter today saying these are the rates you are getting following a recent change
And it also says from 11th April I didn't have to get the ESA form back to them until 11th may
Anyway the rates are the same as previously
It also adds they may send me for a work based interview after 26 weeks as I'm my husbands carer
