ESA claim form arrived today was created by tedthered64
Hi all,
I have received my ESA50 claim form today, I was wondering which guide should I use to help me with the questions? It looks horrendous to fill in. I have a vascular necrosis of the femoral head, advanced bi lateral oesteoarthritus of both hips, tinnitus, partial deafness in both ears, oesteoarthritus of both knees and hypertension. Consultant informed me ladt week that the left hip is completely gone and will require replacement and right hip is not far behind, he advises to use pain management at the moment as I am only 51, any help greatly appreciated,
