Hi everyone
My partner has received a date for his Appeal to be heard, inviting him to appear and providing directions, etc. However, he requested a paper hearing as the mere mention of this at the moment is having a detrimental effect on his health and he is contemplating withdrawing his appeal. My question is do we have to write to remind them that he wants a paper hearing or do we do nothing now but wait?
Any advice would be helpful.
