pip decision waiting time?

hi evening all, I had my pip medical assessment in my home on Friday 14th August. with a lady from atos. How long have people waited for their decision letter after the medical assessment? I am being transferred from low care and high mobility to pip. Also what is the success rate from the dla-pip transfer?

The average waiting times that we are aware of after having your face to face are around 2 weeks.

It will obviously depend on the workload of the office dealing with your claim.

I am not currently aware of the statistics that you mention re : DLA to PIP.

Hi, my daughter had her assesment on the 5th aug and we are still waiting!

hi thanks for the reply... I have heard of some people only waiting days and others waiting weeks? feel sick thinking about it

I had mine 15th July and still waiting

My daughter had her home PIP assessment on 5 August, I phoned yesterday for an update and the letter was sent out on Saturday 22nd.
If you feel it's a long wait just phone for an update, they are ok to talk to!
