Hi does anyone know how i download a claim form for a 74 year old person with mobility issues do i claim DLA or PIP

If this is a fresh claim, as you are over 65, you could not make a claim for DLA, (Fresh claims for DLA are no longer allowed for anyone on mainland UK, only NI) nor PIP !!

You could make a claim for Attendance Allowance (AA), but this is only awarded if you need help with your personal care and has no Mobility component as DLA did and PIP does.
