PIP for Deaf BSL users was created by madlittlehobbit
Hello,

I am profoundly Deaf and mute. I use British Sign Language as my main language to communicate, therefore, I am unable to communicate with people who don't use BSL. Would you able to help me in what I should put in the PIP claim especially on the communication aspect and planning journeys etc

Any help would be much appreciated for me.

I would start by having a look at the guides in the PIP section, in particular the Claim guide and the DWP Assessment guide.
