Is this now common practice?
Decision Makers are supposed to review the original Decision every time the claimant submits new information in regard their appeal, in reality they only do this immediately before the hearing,
It is unusual for them to revise the Decision but it does happen in which case the appeal will be lapsed (cancelled), be aware they do not have to make the award that the claimant is looking for, just one that is more favourable, any new Decision they make can be appealed.
