PIP medical on mental health grounds

I am wondering if I have a snowball's chance in hell of being awarded anything as my condition is complicated. I can go out and I drive, I can interact in passing with people. But any expectations or involvement with people sets me off. Even routine appointments cause me much stress but I can do them, bit if I was asked to go to a job interview I would not make it that far and become ill with anxiety and start going into deep depression. It has stopped me having friends and relationships outside my family.
Please any feedback or experiences of similar is welcome.
I am also going to a medical for ESA on same grounds.

Hi K7524,
I see that we have previously advised you on what to expect at your ESA face to face "medical" : Here.
It would be impossible for us to voice an opinion on whether or not you will be given a PIP award.
To receive an award of PIP you will need to score the requisite number of points under The PIP Activities that apply to your limitations, see : Resume of how The PIP Points Scoring System Works.
You could also take our : PIP Self Test which may give you an idea of your potential entitlement.
You can read what to expect at your PIP Consultation from Page 70 of : PIP Claims Guide. (2nd Link down the page)
Remember, as with an ESA face to face ("medical") it is more a Q & A session than a medical and you should also be aware that how you manage the trip to and from the Assessment Centre will be used as part of the assessment itself, especially if you state that you have mobility issues or mental health issues that limit you going out.
You may be observed on approaching the building, whilst inside, and on leaving the building.
The Assessor may make assumptions as a result of such observations, and these assumptions may result in comments/recommendations being made within The PA4 PIP Medical Report that they compile and send to the DWP.
You can have someone accompany you, and they can take notes !!
Good luck and please keep us updated regarding the outcome.
