Thankyou for your promt reply,I have found the right pages now being 62 I struggle with paperwork & computers.Do I say i just want you to reconsider my claim for PIP.do i ask why they dont believe me,that i have difficulties getting out of the bath my partner has to help me or i cant have a bath.also because of my mental health problems i dont cook,and my partner stopped me from cooking as i keep forgetting i have a pan on or somthing in the oven,not any of these were awarded any points.

The Guide to PIP appeals explains how to request a Mandatory Reconsideration and the PIP Appeals Submission document contains template letters that you can use for the request.
