Claiming Pip for ist time was created by mrs osteo
I am about to claim PIP, the form arrived today. I have osteoporosis in spine and hips also scoliosis of spine and Osteoarthritis in both knees also Hypothyroidism .I have my bone scan pictures and Knee xray pics should I photocopy and include them with the form ?

It would depend on how good the written reports are!

The DWP Decision Maker has no medical training and the bulk of assessors are either nurses or physiotherapists, so I would have some concern over their ability to interpret the scans and x-rays. So, if the reports are good I would probably not go with the scans, you'll do no harm including them but may not reap any benefits either.
