As part of my many problems, I hate speaking on the telephone. Hence, when the phone rang this morning, I let it ring and a message was left. The lady said she was from DWP and left a number. I asked my daughter to ring back, and she said the automated pick up said it was the CSA. Are DWP and CSA the same thing? I'm wondering why CSA would want to speak to me? I receive maintenance for my son, but ithat was all sorted out nearly 10 years ago!
