Hello,

I have a date for my ATOS medical. I have kept a diary for a couple of weeks about how my disability/condition effects me. Can I write a copy of this and bring it with me as well as sending it to DWP? I thought it would give them a better idea of how I am effected on a day to day basis.

Yes, this is a good idea. Ask the assessor to read it and include it in your file before proceeding with the interview. We recommend that you send this to the DWP as well.
