As Gordon says you need to go,theough and list all your evidence disproving all the false statements made in your report. We appreciate this is unfair and time consuming but you really deserve the award so if you can do it it should be rewarded with the appropriate decision.
You only have one month to appeal but you can get a written notification in the post straight away and state that further evidence is to follow. Then sit down and go through the evidence. You can do it in small shifts if it is difficult.
