URGENT HELP NEEDED WITH PIP FORM was created by Jems
Can someone help me please with my PIP Application Form. As I have a carer I do not use aids or appliances as she cooks for me and showers and dresses me. If I say No to the questions "Do you use aids or appliances for activities" will this will lose me points. Jem

It's not quite as simple as whether you use aids or appliances, the question should be whether you can use them or not, you can only score points for activities that you cannot reliably do for the majority of days, this is explained in the guide.
If you can only perform an activity with the help of an aid or appliance then you should expect to score points. If you cannot perform an activity even with the use of an aid or appliance then you should expect to score even higher.
However, to be clear, you cannot score points for activities that you do not do only those that you cannot do, so you need to be clear about capabilities.
