My Son in Law is appealing against his PIP non award. He has been granted ESA Support Group. What are you views on whether he should mention this in his appeal letter please.
There should be no harm in their mentioning the SG report, but it will only carry weight with the Tribunal panel if they draw links between the reasons for the ESA award and the PIP activities.
