Fingers cross I got a call back on Tuesday from the processing team to say the manager is going to look at it as it should have been dealt with and I should see a change very soon, I'm hoping that means it's good news as I can't wait Any longer it's been a year now and I have aniexty even to just call a stranger on the phone. I'm hoping by next week that I should hear back fingers crossed
