Hello, I have just downloaded your guides as I have a medical coming up. I have long term chronic illness both physical and mental and feel more confident about the process having looked through your guides.
Can you tell me, at the medical, is it just questions or will I have to lift empty boxes and perform various actions?
Thank you

You may be asked to do some basic limb movements, bending the knees and ankles, raising arms, your ability to grip with your hands, you can refuse to do anything that would cause you pain, although you must make it clear that this is why you are refusing.

They will consider your journey to and from the centre and you will be observed standing and walking from reception to the assessment room.
