PIP for: Extra Information

I know that extra information can be added using question Q15, but not sure if they even read this section..not sure if they even read half the completed forms.
As there is a page for extra information included with every question, and below the lined box is almost half a blank page that does NOT state not to write below, would it be okay to use this to just write a couple of lines?
I am more referring to the first couple of questions where it asks you to list your illnesses and list medications. I am two lines short on both of these questions and I would rather the answer to these stay on the same page so they do not get ignored.
All other questions will be type written anyway, and included as extra pages.
