Hi
You need to appeal within the month.
The actual MR could be several weeks after that but there is no consistency.
Some people on here are waiting over 8 weeks for the request to be acknowledged, others are getting a MR decision letter within a week without giving them time to submit extra evidence.
The best thing we can advise is to get it in as soon as possible.

Thank you have done that and asked for an extension
They said I have 4 weeks from the date on the letter with the ASSESMENT info
But also have an app with local CAB tomorrow
I'm just so stressed out
Lady at the cab said they do this to stop people who 'are trying it on' to give up but the amount of people 'trying it on' must be so minimal it isn't like a lottery win and most people are suffering and I think it's genuine people that give up
Thank you for advice I used your guide to apply just dreading reading about how I was observed makes me feel horrid

You will have a maximum of four weeks from the date of your letter to submit any evidence that you want the DWP to consider as part of the MR, if you can send it before then it would be better as mail can struggle to get through their mail system.

I keep seeing this posted on other forums, it's rubbish! The DWP have made their Decision they have no reason to seek further information.
There is a very small chance (certainly less than 1:10,000), that a Tribunal may ask for a new assessment, but this would only be if the assessment report was found to be fatally flawed and there was insufficient medical evidence for them to make a Decision.
