thought l was due my four weekly payment today the 24th so gave the dwp a call young lad on the phone said he could only access my files if l was in Scotland but am in England said l had to call back Tuesday then l thought hold that's strange something does not sound right here so later in the morning called again and got a shall we say a more competent person nice lady on the phone said the reason money was not in account was that the amount was not the full amount about 3 weeks money back end of Nov as l was transferred over from dla to pip so she said the the full amount would in account on Tuesday think it was something to do with dates and time but it just goes to show that some members of the dwp don't know there elbow from there backside in this case that young lad so no money till Tuesday next week anyone else had this inconvenience
