esa reassessments was created by farouk
when your esa reassessment is due do you receive the esa50 form straight away or do you receive a letter first.Also is the letter/esa50 form from maximus.My sight is bad so is it a small or big brown envelope?

The first contact in regard a re-assessment should be your receiving a new ESA50 to complete, you will not receive a letter notifying you about the re-assessment in advance of this.
The ESA50 will be sent by Maximus (aka HAAS and CHDA) directly to you.
I believe it will be sent in an A4 envelope.
Make sure that you use the latest ESA guides and remember that it will be a full review of your claim so you need to complete the form in detail and provide any evidence that is relevant to support your claim, even if you have already sent it as part of a previous assessment.

I have received my reassesment letter together with esa50 form - on Christmas Eve
It was in white envelope with a window.
Size C5 , so like half of A4 (A4 folded once)
