Alf

Can I ask you not to post in capitals it causes problems for some of our members who use test to speech software.

Our two ESA Claim guides, one for physical problems (questions 1-10 on the ESA50) and the other for mental health issues (questions 11-17 on the ESA50 are the second and third links on the following page

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/esa1

The links are labelled;

Employment and Support Allowance claims on physical health grounds: a guide to the work capability assessment

and

Employment and Support Allowance claims for Mental Health and Learning Difficulties: a guide to the limited capability for work assessment

They go through each question on the ESA50 one at a time, explain the criteria that you are being assessed against and offer a methodology for answering the questions with worked examples.

You need to work your way through the guides, explaining how your condition effect you on a daily basis.

If you have questions about what the criteria are and how they operate then please come back to the forum.
