Thank you Foss27, The medical Board I was referring to is DWP Health Assessment for a benefit claim, I just received the appointment for next month. I am on ESA (but not receiving any money) I attend these medicals for them to assess me to pay my National Insurance stamp. I will take a witness this time and if I am not placed into the support group I will appeal. As I said, I was told I couldn't by the C.A.B. though thanks to you and your advice I will now proceed.
I was in a good job, earning £300.00 per week and an official on the Union yet through no fault of mine I lost it all, became disabled and was only claiming £104.00 per week yet treated like a scrounger. That though fell on deaf ears, they admit that I'm in no fit state to work but refuse to put me in the Support Group because of the three descriptors they twisted to their own means.
