Basically what they will be wanting to know is that what you have said on your ESA form is accurate. If you have (for example) problems with mobility, they will want to know how you got to the tribunal - so if you say you managed to walk there, well, that won't help your case!!

If you have problems with your upper limbs, you might be asked how you manage to dress/undress yourself; how you manage to bathe, and wash your hair etc - all things that you say you have difficulty with they will want to check.

Remember what you said on your application form; don't suddenly change everything or anything.

It's just a matter of proving that what you say is wrong with you is causing you difficulty in your day to day life. Don't say more than you have to - just explain what is wrong and leave it at that. And don't worry if the judge is writing things down - he's not automatically disbelieving you, he is making notes so he can make a balanced decision at the end of your review.

Just keep your nerve, tell the truth - that's all you can do. Take someone with you if you can - for no other reason than to give you a bit extra courage!!
