I'm afraid this is standard for ESA, the award does not include an end date and a Statement of Reasons is only provided when a Fit for Work Decision is made.
I'm afraid if you want more information then you will need to contact the DWP, there should be an ESA85A assessment report, the prognosis is usually used to set the re-assessment date and it should indicate what Descriptor you met for the SG.
There may also be an LT54 report which is produced by the Decision Maker.
