Starting the task of another ESA form, this one says to send in evidence that you already 'have'. I do have a few bits most of it is 2014. Should I ignore this and get my medical records and a cover letter from my GP? I have a few illnesses one being fibromyalgia, and Cervical stenosis which are the main culprits of my disabilities
I would think that what you suggest is the correct way to proceed; it's impossible to say whether the 'extra' , records and covering letter from the GP you are thinking of sending would be requested on your behalf by DWP, and you really need all the supportive evidence you can get.
If the evidence is there, no one can refuse to acknowledge it. Keep copies. Go for it.
