I have another question. I was prepared to receive an ESA50 at any time, so I already have one saved on the interactive pdf. I note, however that it prints in colour, unlike the old one. Is there any reason why it can't be printed in B&W? The colour cartridge is low and it is rather expensive to replace. The additional information sheets are of course in B&W anyway saved on Word.

Hi st,
I can't see any reason why you cannot print it off in Black and White !!
I always print off such documents in B and W to save on Colour Cartridge usage !!

I can't see any reason why you cannot print it off in Black and White !!
I always print off such documents in B and W to save on Colour Cartridge usage !!

I don't know of any reason why you should not print it in black and white, there's no advantage to it being in colour and any copy that the DWP make will be in black and white.
Printing in b&w is usually a printer option, although it may be possible to do it in Reader, when you go to print the ESA50 the dialogue that opens should have a "properties" option, you want to chose print in b&w or print in greyscale, you might want to print one page first just to check it works.
