Hi Theresa and welcome to the forum. On the assumption that you are also new to the site, you should find this link helpful.
Welcome to Benefits and Work
I'm a little confused as your title says 'PIP' but you are talking as if you are dealing with ESA. Although there is some crossover, and both benefits look at the limitations you suffer rather than the conditions as such, the criteria for the 2 benefits are very different.
With funding cut to the bone it is now very difficult to find help for DWP claims and appeals. You can try putting the terms 'belfare advice' and your postcode into a search engine and see if anything useful comes up.
As well as being unsure about which benefit you are asking about, neither do I know how far through the claim/appeal process you have got or what your specific question is. Please reply to this message with clarification and we will do our best to answer.
It makes things much easier for us, and you, if everything relating to one claim is kept in one place. If you bookmark/favourite this topic on your web browser now you will find it easier in future. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter
