ESA 85A

How do I go about getting a copy of my ESA85A following my latest ESA assessment? Can I ring up the JCP office that dealt with my claim or do I have to put the request in writing?

You should be able to get this easily by phoning the DWP ESA line. You can put it in writing if you prefer and should certainly do so if you want to make a Subject Access Request for all your ESA records.
